My passion for fitness began at an early age playing football at a high level and for Bristol City Football Club until injury meant I had to stop. As a result of the lack of training, I gained weight.
I realised that I needed to make a change. I lost 60lb in one year by adopting a maintainable, healthier lifestyle.
